By popular demand, I give'r up.
Twice a day (early morning, late night) in a tall glass:
3/4 wah wah (that's water for yous older than two)
a gallug of cranberry juice (the real stuff)
a gallug of aloe vera juice (plain or with herbs)
a dose of organic apple cider vinegar (or a dowsel--or a friggin teaspoon, Spoilsport)
a heavy sprinkle of Spirulina or Kyo-Green
a light dump of Psyllium Whole Husks (seed)
Brisk stir. Gulp down before the Psyllium settles on the bottom (or stir after each swallow).
